to work on many different
configurations. If you have any problem using
Resizer XT, please
feel free to send us a support request by email. Phone support is not
available at this time.
Although
Resizer XT can work under other development environments
than Visual Basic, Support will only be provided for VB6 users.

help file and the demo samples and that you have the latest version of
Resizer XT. You need to include
all of the following in your request:

you are using the latest version of Resizer XT (1.2)

Detailed description of the problem and how to reproduce it (attach
source code if necessary)

Versions
and language of your working environment (operating system,
development tool, service packs, etc)
